# Hướng dẫn chốt sổ BHXH

*Bước 1:* Chọn chức năng “Danh sách thủ tục”

*Bước 2:* Chọn mục “Hồ sơ giấy” => Chọn mục 620

*Bước 3:* Chọn đợt cần kê khai -> Ấn nút chỉnh sửa tương ứng với đợt kê khai

*Bước 4:* Chọn tab tờ khai TK1 => Ấn thêm mới<br>

*Bước 5:* Chọn nhân viên cần chốt sổ

*Bước 6:* Kê khai đủ thông tin tờ khai TK1:

*Bước 7:* In TK1-TS và phiếu giao nhận sau khi điền thông tin TK1-TS xong => Ký đóng dấu => Nộp hồ sơ giấy lên cơ quan BHXH => Chờ cán bộ xử lý và phản hồi về hồ sơ qua mail đơn vị.

Thủ tục chốt sổ bao gồm:

\-          Phiếu giao nhận hồ sơ ( In và ký đóng dấu)

\-          Khai TK1 – TS &#x20;

\-          Xác nhận quá trình đóng bhxh của lao động tại đơn vị (Mẫu DS-XNBS )

Lưu ý: Trước khi chốt sổ BHXH đơn vị cần nắm rõ:

\-          Báo giảm trước khi báo chốt sổ

\-          Thanh toán tiền BHXH đầy đủ

\-          Nộp hồ sơ 1 lần

\-          Tránh báo chốt chậm quá 30 ngày
